Shipping
Most purchases are shipped the same business day from our Pittsburgh store and arrive within five business days of receipt of the order. Express and overnight delivery is available. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. For most orders within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $6.95 per order for shipping unless express delivery is requested. If a breast pump is included in the order, we charge a flat shipping rate of $15.00
All Non-US shipments are sent via USPS International, and shipping charges are calculated at the time of order processing.
Please be aware that international shipments must have a regular street address to be accepted, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Please be aware that all goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes & brokerage fees assessed by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee we assess to fill your order, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees to receive their shipment.
Easy Returns And Exchanges
Most merchandise except those not allowed by law (typically for hygiene reasons) may be exchanged or returned. There are two ways to return or exchange products purchased from becomingmommy.com. If you live or work near our Becoming Mommy Pittsburgh store, you may exchange your purchase at the store within 14 days of your original purchase for a different item or receive a merchandise credit.
Or you can ship back your purchase to becomingmommy.com for a return or exchange within 14 days of your original purchase.
Under Pennsylvania law, merchandise that is not allowed to be returned or exchanged includes underwear, bras, bathing suits and breastpumps. Defective breastpumps must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Unwashed and unworn with all tags attached, as well as defective merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of your purchase for a different item or you may receive a merchandise credit at our Becoming Mommy store in Pittsburgh. Please make sure to bring the original invoice.

Returns With the Original Invoice
In order to receive a refund (sale items excluded), your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and must be returned within 14 days of the purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid.
Returns Without an Original Invoice
Returns without an original sales invoice can be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase for a different item or you may receive a merchandise credit. Exchanges and merchandise credits will be for the current selling price.
Sale Items
Sale items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase for a different item or you may receive a merchandise credit. Without an original sales invoice exchanges and merchandise credits will be for the current selling price.
Packing and Sending Back an Item
To send merchandise back to Becoming Mommy, call the number at the top of the page to let know you are making a return, pack up the item using the original packaging. Use the following address for merchandise returns.

Please note that due to bank processing time it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your bill. Becoming Mommy does not refund shipping costs.
